Our Forensic Planning Training focuses on reviewing programmes, understanding and interpreting project delays and understanding the impact of project delays on your contractual obligations.
You will learn how to perform quality checks on a programme written. In this module, the participant learns the theoretical and practical aspects of forensic analysis.

- The basic concepts and terms used by modern construction contracts in terms of time and delays.
- The differences between a tender, a contract and a target programme, including the important notion of delay allowance.
- How to conduct a review of the time related issues in the contract to prepare ourselves for the contract programme.
- What actions to take as a result of a statused programme.
- The various delay analysis techniques and the differences between these methods.
- The practical aspects of delay analysis including how to impact a MS Project/ Powerproject programme with delays.
