2026 Planning Cadet Program
The core of the job is providing advice to our clients on construction planning – scheduling. Initially, you will work within our planning department or forensic planning department. You have the opportunity to gain unique expertise in construction projects.
The cadet consultant role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from construction companies, property developers, legal firms, and public sector organisations.
You will work with a diverse team of experts and gain an appreciation for consultant-based work. You will get to collaborate across the business in various practices areas including planning, CAD/ BIM, forensic, training, business intelligence, PMO and software.
You will be trained by senior consultants. High performing cadets may be offered a clear pathway to transition into a consultant role within the company.
