You will learn how to perform quality checks on a programme writtenIn this module, the participant learns the theoretical and practical aspects of forensic analysis.

  • Basic Time Management and Forensic Planning concepts and terms. 
  • How to create programmes fit for purpose. 
  • The basic concepts and terms used by modern construction contracts in terms of time and delays. 
  • The differences between a tender, a contract and a target programme, including the important notion of delay allowance. 
  • How to conduct a review of the time related issues in the contract to prepare ourselves for the contract programme.
  • What actions to take as a result of a statused programme. 
  • The various delay analysis techniques and the differences between these methods. 
  • The practical aspects of delay analysis including how to impact a MS Project/ Powerproject programme with delays.
