Training Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply specifically to all training services, courses, and workshops provided by Solid Support. For all other services, please see our general Terms and Conditions.
Authorisation to proceed
- We require a purchase order number or an email confirming acceptance of this Fee Proposal and for the works to proceed.
- Once our Fee Proposal is accepted, our Accounts Team may be in contact with you to obtain necessary details.
Prices & Invoicing
- The above fees do not include GST. This tax will be applied as an additional 10% cost to our services.
- Individual sessions are charged at an hourly consultant charge-out rate + GST.
- The training consultant’s travel fees may be billed depending on the location of the training. These fees are estimated at the time of fee proposal. They are billed at cost for standard business travel across Australia.
- Additional fees would apply if Solid Support is required to arrange laptops and software.
- The payment terms for this fee proposal would be determined by the client’s payment and credit rating history. We reserve the right to request upfront payment prior to work commencing, based on this information.
- This fee proposal is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of the proposal. Solid Support reserves the right to reprice for the product and services quoted in the fee proposal.
Delivery
- The training delivery are standardised to 1 practice hour equals 1 continuous professional development (CPD) point.
- Modules can be customised based on training needs of the client.
- The training is delivered at the client’s location of their choice.
- Laptops and software are not provided by Solid Support for participants unless specifically requested.
- Each participant will need access to the software.
- Each participant will receive an electronic manual for each module they attend.
- A certificate of completion outlining the CPDs are awarded to each participant.
